
Guangzhou, the public security is the worst in China? According to the result of an investigation about the public security of 37
big cities in China, Guangzhou is the first of the ten cities that were
considered have worst public security. Why this city can’t provide people with
enough sense of security? And why people do not satisfied though the city is
famous of prosperous economy? 
China security index of 2005~2006: 64.3 The security index of 2005~2006 is 64.3, which is 1.7 points less than that
of the same period of last year. Compared with other indexes of China, the index
of security make little progress and it seems that this index will not improve a
lot in a short time. 
Qian Yunlu : the affable secretary from Dabie mountain Qian Yunlu used to be the youngest county magistrate of Hubei province and
the youngest vice-secretary of a provincial Party committee in China. He grew up
in the old revolutionary area of Dabie mountain and walked out of there, with
the love to his people that never changed. 
Is the tramp collecting system really in need? Some people have such a point of view that the tramps in cities are the
reasons of the poor public security, so those vagrants should be collected and
send back to their hometown, while some others think the collecting system is
unfair for a huge number of people. Do we need tramp collecting system really?
And what shall we do to protect everybody no matter he is a citizen or a
